HR Serenity provides HR consulting services across capability, culture, compliance and workplace support. Engagements are confirmed in writing and may be project‑based, ongoing or retainer‑based. Fees, scope and deliverables are outlined in each proposal.
All client information is treated as confidential. HR Serenity complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the 2026 Privacy Amendment reforms. Personal information is collected directly from clients, through workplace processes and via online analytics tools. Information is stored securely and retained only as required.
Where automated tools are used in HR processes, this will be disclosed and human oversight will apply. Eligible data breaches will be managed under the Notifiable Data Breaches Scheme, including notification to the OAIC within 72 hours where required.
HR Serenity provides HR guidance only and does not provide legal advice. All materials remain the property of HR Serenity unless otherwise agreed. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
